All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During product launches, pre-orders, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will clearly communicate expected delays.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your ONU Health Bracelet is purchased as a pre-order or is temporarily out of stock:
